These are working constraints, not claims of infallibility.
No source is a truth API.Humans, papers, models, and institutions all produce claims that still need scope and evidence.
Observation before explanation.Describe what happened before assigning architecture, motive, or causality.
No PASS without a receipt.When something can be executed, preserve the command, environment, output, and identity of the artifact.
Uncertainty is allowed.“Not established” is often a stronger answer than polished certainty.
